The terms and conditions listed below govern the use of the Caulfield Music Centre website, as well as the purchase of any products from our physical store located in Caulfield, Australia.

By using this website and making a purchase from our store, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. You must not use this website if you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of them.

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1 All products and services offered by Caulfield Music Centre are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to change product details and prices without prior notice.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

​

2.1 All prices for products and services displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

2.2 While we strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. Suppose we discover an error in the price or description of any product you have ordered. In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order with the correct details or cancelling it.

3. PRODUCT PICKUP

​

3.1 All products purchased from Caulfield Music Centre are only available for pickup from our physical store. We do not currently offer a delivery service.

​

3.2 Customers are responsible for collecting their purchases within a reasonable time following notification that the products are ready for collection.

​

4. PRIVATE MUSIC LESSONS

​

4.1 Booking a private music lesson constitutes a contract for providing the service. Cancellations or changes to lesson times must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

​

4.2 Missed lessons without the required notice will be charged in full.

​

5. REHEARSAL ROOM HIRE

​

5.1 All rehearsal room bookings must be paid for in advance.

​

5.2 Cancellations or changes to booked rehearsal times must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked time.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

​

6.1 Returns and refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

​

7.1 All content included on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Caulfield Music Centre and is protected by international copyright laws.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

​

8.1 Caulfield Music Centre reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website.
